Initiation and Training
All our Security Personnel successfully complete the following basic training before they are placed on assignments:
* Duties and Responsibilities
* Good guarding practices
* Intrusion and Fire Alarm Systems
* Introduction to Fire Detection/Prevention/Safety/Control
* Traffic Control
* General Knowledge
Mobile Supervision
Our supervisory staff is fully trained in all security matters pertaining to the client locations. Customer-specific issues are discussed and the staff is fully briefed in these matters. All supervisors and field officers are provided with mobile phones to facilitate immediate response.
Each client location comes under the direct supervision of FHS’s senior management which is on call 24 hours a day to assist and respond to your every security. Surprise spot inspections are carried out as also the regular night checks.
Our central control room functions round the clock and Quick Response Teams (QRT) provide an immediate response.
